Free Trials and Cancellations

Where applicable, we may offer free trial periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period without being charged. Once a paid subscription begins, charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the subscription period has started, except where required by applicable law.

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and where our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
